What does FoodoZone charge me?
Right now, no commission. Customers pay a small platform fee — 5% of the food subtotal, capped between £0.75 and £0.99. When we do introduce commissions later, they'll be capped well below industry norms.
When do I get paid?
Weekly. Every Wednesday at 06:00 UTC we tally your previous week's delivered orders (with a 24-hour cooling-off) and queue a bank transfer.
Do you provide a tablet for receiving orders?
Yes. We send a pre-configured tablet during onboarding so you can manage orders without leaving the kitchen.
What if I already use Deliveroo / Uber Eats?
No problem — most of our partners list on multiple platforms. We provide tools to keep menu changes in sync where possible.
